Own Boat Tuition: The craft must be insured, and insurance companies notified of an instructor on board. Instructors have final say on safety matters. Owners must cover instructor meals, mooring fees, fuel, and expenses. MOSS Sailing may cancel tuition if the craft is deemed unfit, and owners are responsible for safe navigation equipment. Passports and Visas: Participants need valid passports and necessary visas.

Program Changes and Complaints We reserve the right to alter programs due to unforeseen circumstances. For complaints, first contact the instructor or staff. If unresolved, write to “The Director” at MOSS Sailing's address within a week after course completion, marking it “private and confidential”. If dissatisfied with the response, you may contact the MCA or another relevant authority.
